The property on which Teaselwood Stables was founded has been in the family for 162 years. The farm on which Teaselwood is situated was originally purchased on November 20th 1854 by Alexander Herbert. In 2004 the Redsell brothers (John and Peter) purchased the farm from their uncle (Gerry Herbert). It was converted into stables in the early 1970s. Thus the family's passion for farming has been converted into caring for horses!
A customer's horse is their best friend. Therefore it is essential to provide it with a safe
and clean environment, and ensure that we have all the requisite comforts and amenities
for it to flourish. We underwent extensive renovations this past year to make the stables
more spacious and efficiently organized.
